FD-4J150 is our newly developed 4-cavity linear full-automatic PET jar bottle blowing machine, which is suitable for blowing jar bottles with a bottle neck diameter of 40-120mm, fully automatic PLC control, and can run stably in areas with different elevations, temperatures and humidity. The operation of the machine is simple, maintenance is not difficult, even if your operator does not understand the mechanical principle, it can be easily mastered.
- The whole machine runs automatically, the bottle blowing parameters are preset in advance and machine start with one button.
- The PET jar preform is heated by a high-quality heating lamp tube, the preform rotates and the heating furnace chain rotates, so that the jar bottle preform is heated quickly.
- The lamp tube and reflector in the reheating furnace adopt modular design, which is easy to disassemble and replace, and adjust the position, which is suitable for the heating of different sizes and small bottle blanks, and there is an automatic hot gas discharge device to ensure the constant temperature in the heating furnace.
- Machine action cylinder and servo motor combined drive, low noise and high efficiency.
- The use of efficient and stable high-pressure valve group, fewer too many loops, reduce compressed air consumption.
- The whole machine is modularized for ex-factory transportation, the blowing parameters are all preset in advance, and the on-site installation only needs to connect some pipes to start up and run, thus reducing the on-site workload of the jar bottle making factory.
