MBJ-5540 series cuff-type laminating machine is suitable for heat shrink packaging of cans, mineral water, beer, glass bottles, beverages and other bottles without or with bottoms;

Description
- Place the machine on level ground and check whether any parts of the machine are loose or shifted during transportation. After checking that everything is correct, connect the power supply.
- Install the propulsion cylinder kit included in the packaging box according to the instructions.
- Connect one end of a section of flexible air pipe with an outer diameter of 8mm to the air source, and the other end to the air inlet joint of the two-part joint under the right side of the machine. Push the air pipe into place, and finally tighten it with bolts.
- When the air source pressure is ≥6kg/cm², check whether the pressure gauge of the two-part unit is between 4-6kg/cm². When the machine is running normally, the pressure should not exceed 6kg/cm², and the air source pressure of the external two-part unit should not exceed 9.5kg. /cm².
- Turn on the power supply and adjust the appropriate sealing time. Generally, it is set to about 1.5 seconds. The specific sealing experiment can only be determined by conducting a sealing experiment. Set the constant pressure delay. The purpose of this delay is to reduce the inertia of the conveyor line on the already in place. The packaging is squeezed, so it is set to about 0.5 seconds; the detection delay is set to make the last package that is about to be in place smoothly, and is generally set to about 0.4 seconds. The setting of the fixed retreat delay. When the constant pressure cylinder retreats, the front conveying platform does not run immediately, but runs after an appropriate delay. This can prevent the bottle from tipping over. It is generally set to about 0.3 seconds.
- Set the sealing temperature according to the material thickness of the shrink film, usually around 180°C.
- According to the size of the package, adjust the stroke of advancing the package, debug the fixed package pressure plate, and adjust the speed of the front and rear conveyor tables.
- After completing the above operations, you can start working.
