Description
This linear water filling machine is specially designed for PET bottles from 5L to 10L. The machine adopts stainless steel welded structure and the parts in contact with water are made of food-grade SUS304 to ensure the sanitary level of the product.
- Bottle washing filling and capping are integrated in one machine, saving space and labor.
- Adopt high speed, high precision gravity type mechanical filling valves, high filling efficiency and accurate filling level.
- The main machine adopts PLC control and touch screen operation. Electrical components adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, and other international famous products.
- Adopting four heads bottle washing, four heads for filling and single head for capping, the whole machine has low energy consumption and high efficiency.
