The whole frame of the machine adopts the whole steel plate made of national standard material, the quality is stable, the template and the whole machine are annealed, and all the planes and holes of the frame are processed at one time in the CNC machining center to ensure that the frame is firm and undeformed, the balance is good, and the holes and planes are accurate.

The exhaust fan can adjust speed according to the temperature of the heating box: ensure that the temperature of the heating box is kept within a certain temperature range and ensure the finished product rate of bottle blowing.
- The stepping system adopts double-drive double-point linear guideway structure to protect the chain and reduce inertia shock. The linear guideway can withstand 10 tons.
- High pressure compensation mold locking mechanism to ensure the quality of bottle blowing.
- Bottom mold blowing mechanism to ensure easy de-moulding and cooling at the bottom of the bottle.
