Using two times filling technology, the mixture of pulp and juice is first filled into the bottle accurately according to a certain proportion, and then the remaining juice is filled through the second filling machine. Description
- Adopting a 4 in 1 filling machine structure, bottle washing, pulp filling, juice filling, and automatic capping are integrated into one frame. Bottle transfer uses bottle mouth clamping and star wheel transfer to avoid secondary contamination caused by human factors.
- Large-scale air is used to feed the bottle, and a primary filter is installed on the fan to prevent impurities in the air from being blown into the bottle. The bottle washing machine uses stainless steel 304 high-pressure nozzles to thoroughly clean the inside of PET bottles.
- The pulp filling machine adopts a measuring cup structure. An independent measuring cup is installed on each filling valve to independently control the opening and closing of the valve. The measuring cup valve is upgraded with an exhaust pipe, which increases the speed of pulp filling. The pulp filling machine is equipped with a stirring motor to prevent the pulp from settling and affecting the filling effect.
- After the pulp filling is completed, it is transferred to the juice filling machine through a star wheel. It adopts a high speed mechanical juice filling valve and is compatible with high-temperature filling up to 90°C.
- The capping machine uses a mechanical cam to drive the constant torque capping head. The torque is adjustable and has a wide range of applications for bottle caps.
- The whole machine adopts touch screen and PLC automatic control, and can operate fully automatically. Electrical components are from internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, Omron and Schneider.
